Yoga

Take a deep breathe
And notice how that feels.
As you lean back, push your chest
Towards the coolness of the sky.
Push your tailbone towards
The core of the earth.
Feel the connection between the two,
And embrace the fluidity of them.
Let the two come together,
And hold it within you.
Reach your arms out
In front of you and behind you,
Feeling the roundness of the earth. Knowing that your finger
Is pointing towards the other.
Feel them touch
And adore what is in between.
